Refund policy
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. For an order of several items delivered separately, it starts when you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
You can withdraw by using the "Withdraw from contract here" function on our website: https://shop.duccionacci.com/pages/withdrawal. You will be asked to enter your name, your order number and your email address, and to confirm with the "Confirm withdrawal" button. We will immediately send you an email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal, with its content and the date and time it was submitted.
You may also withdraw by sending a clear statement to info@duccionacci.it. The withdrawal is in time if you send it before the 14-day period expires.
Returning the goods
Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you told us about your withdrawal, to this address: Duccio Nacci, La Bottega del Sale, Piazza Duomo 13, 53037 San Gimignano (SI), Italy. The goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them, properly packed so that they are not damaged in transit (fine art prints and aluminium panels are fragile: please use the original packaging). The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to the payment method you used for the original purchase, at no cost to you.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example prints or panels produced to a custom size, crop or format requested by you). Products made to order in a standard size from our catalogue remain eligible for withdrawal.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@duccionacci.it, with photos, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In these cases we will replace the item or refund you, including the return shipping costs. Your legal guarantee rights under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) remain unaffected.
Customers outside the European Union
If your order ships outside the European Union, you can still request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and you will need the proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@duccionacci.it. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, to make a separate purchase.
