1. Who sells

The products on shop.duccionacci.com are sold by Duccio Nacci, sole proprietorship (impresa individuale), registered office Piazza Duomo 13, 53037 San Gimignano (SI), Italy. 2. The works

Our works are fine art prints of photographs by Duccio Nacci, made to order and signed by hand. Each print has an authenticity label on the back. Limited editions are numbered; the number of copies is shown on the product page.

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed work, depending on your device. Sizes and finishes are described on each product page.

3. Prices

Prices are in euro and include Italian VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes of the destination country may apply and are paid by the recipient.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. If a work cannot be made (for example, a limited edition is sold out), we will tell you immediately and refund any amount paid.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout with the methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we never see your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and methods are described in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a person you name, physically receive the goods.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, also for works made to measure. How it works is explained in our Refund policy and on the page Withdraw from the contract.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers under the Italian Consumer Code (Articles 128 and following, Legislative Decree 206/2005), for two years from delivery. If a work arrives damaged or defective, write to info@duccionacci.it with photos: we will repair, replace or refund it.

9. Photographs and copyright

All photographs, texts and images on this site belong to Duccio Nacci and are protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the physical work, not the right to reproduce the image.

11. Applicable law and complaints

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can take legal action before the courts of your place of residence. For any problem, write to us first at info@duccionacci.it: we will do our best to find a solution together.
