All orders ship from our atelier in San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy.
Do you ship internationally? What are delivery times?
Yes. Standard delivery estimates are 3–5 business days within Italy & EU and 7–9 business days outside the EU (estimates only; carriers/customs may vary). You can select Express Shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Will I receive tracking?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available) as soon as your order is dispatched.
